Asian Night Market: Aspire Park’s Asian Night Market offers delightful fare to community

The first Aspire Park’s Asian Night Market (ANM) celebrating Asian cuisines and products to cater to the local community is an event to be experienced. Located conveniently at the foot of the Tower Hotel and smack next to Sport Accelerator facility the pleasant onset of autumn provides the right ambiance for a delightful night out.
The night market is aimed at promoting cultural exchange through food, products, and traditional activities between Asian, Qatari, and other local expatriate communities.

Over 30 restaurants offering Asian cuisines that include Korean, Thai, Filipino, Indian, Pakistani and Arabic are displayed in kiosks that circle the market. Local specialty cafes, dessert outlets selling ice cream, yogurt, and the hugely popular bubble tea drinks are included in the night mart.

Shopaholics can raid various shops selling a range of garments, accessories, cosmetics, toys, and kitchenware and other paraphernalia. On weekends, various schools and community groups perform festival dances, and other live acts on the make-shift stage place strategically at the centre of the vibrant night market.

The event also offers henna, face painting to a photo booth with a dart shooting game stall that gives away prizes to those hitting the target. The adjacent Aspire Kids Park is an additional treat to families bringing kids along for an entertaining evening A QNB mobile bank is parked within the mart in case one runs out of hard cash.

Entry is free to the ANM which opened on 18th October and runs till 16th November. Timings are from 5 pm to midnight.

The first-ever DC Asian Night Market is being organized by Doha City Event Management & Services (DC Event), in cooperation with Italian company Innovative High-Tech Solutions.
