Indian Embassy Qatar announces changes in timings of Consular Services
The Embassy of India, Doha Qatar has announced a change in working hours of Consular Services. The regular Embassy working hours will start from 9 am and closes at 5:30 pm with a 30-minute break from 1 pm to 1.30 pm on all working days.
As tweeted on their twitter handle @IndEmbDoha, with effect from 8th September 2019 (Sunday), The Embassy of India announced the below change in timings of Consular services:
- Submission of Applications: 9:15 am to 12:30 pm
- Document Collection after completing consular services: 4:00 pm to 05:15 pm
Indian Embassy Qatar Consular Services Includes:
- Undertaking the Passport and Miscellaneous Services and the foreign nationals by providing Visa Services.
- Sponsorship Declaration
- Power of Attorney (Property Matters)
- Power of Attorney (other than Property Matters)
- Employment Agreement
- Sworn Affidavit for Obtaining Child’s Passport in India
- Salary Certificate
- Academic Degree / Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Life Certificate
- Commercial Documents
- Attestation of Documents issued by the State of Qatar
- Registration of Indian Citizenship under Section 4(1) of the Indian Citizenship Act
- Late Registration of the birth of the child
- Issue of Emergency Certificate for one-way travel to India
- Surrender of Indian Passport / Renunciation of Indian Citizenship
